Return & Refund Policy

At Tessella Magnetic Tiles, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

  • You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items may be unopened or gently used, but must be in good condition with all original components included. Tiles must be free of damage, stains, or missing parts.
  • To start a return, email us at tessella.magtiles@gmail.com to request a return authorization and a prepaid return label (Canada only).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
  • Return labels are sent by email for you to download and print (Canada only).
  • 🎁 Holiday Extension: Purchases made between Nov 1 – Dec 31 can be returned after 45 days of the delivery day .

🔄 Exchanges & 1-Year Warranty

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Sets must be in good, complete condition (all tiles included, minimal use, resellable). If you’d like a different set (size or design), we’ll be happy to help.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • All Tessella products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • If you receive a missing, broken, or defective tile, email us at tessella.magtiles@gmail.com with your order number and photos for a free replacement.
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Not covered: misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

💰 Price Adjustments

  • If the price of your item drops within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference.
  • Applies only to purchases made on tessellatiles.com and if the item is still in stock.
  • Limited to one adjustment per item.

📧 How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return, exchange, or warranty replacement, please email us at tessella.magtiles@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Subject line: “Return / Exchange – Order #12345” (replace 12345 with your order number)
  2. Your full name and order number.
  3. Reason for return or exchange (e.g., “ordered wrong size,” “defective tile,” “want to upgrade to bigger set”).
  4. Photos of the product if it is defective or damaged.

Please include your order number in the subject line for faster processing.
