📦 Tessella Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
  • Business days: Monday–Friday (Canadian statutory holidays excluded).
  • During high volume (holidays, launches), processing may take longer.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Free Shipping: Orders $70 CAD+
  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD for orders under $70
  • Express Shipping: Faster options (e.g., 2-business-day) available at checkout for an extra fee

Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout—we cannot change or cancel orders once placed.

Delivery & Liability
When a carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.) marks a package as “delivered,” Tessella is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or condition. We cannot refund or replace packages confirmed as delivered or signed for by an authorized recipient.

To ensure safe delivery, please provide a secure shipping address.

  • Remote areas may take longer depending on carrier availability
